1.    I have bought something from the online shopping store but it is not the same or exactly does not match in expectations. Can I return the product or products?

First of all we are sorry and our answer is- We are here, don’t worry, waiting for you to receive that product or products. But you must come within 2 days from the date you buy or received the product or products.

2.    I have open and already used the product; can I return the product or products?

We are sorry to say that NO and our answer is- you must return the product or products but ensure that item or items must be unused and exactly the same condition when you received it.

3.    Can I know details about how to return a product or products?

Why not and the answer is given bellow-

a)   Please send the product or products with all accessories and all original packing materials.

b)   If it is possible and available attach the original packing slip which was given with the product or products.

c)   If not possible or if you don’t have the original packing slip, you have to sign in to your account, then select the order and print out the return receipt.

d)   If you don’t like other companies, unlike other companies.

e) store doesn’t charge you any service fees when returning the product or products.

f)    All amount of money will be backed when you want it.
